This book presents the entire printed work of Pierre Soulages in the three printmaking techniques he practiced: engraving, lithography, and screen printing. First published for the exhibition "Soulages. L'œuvre imprimé" at the BnF in 2003, it is now expanded, in co-publication with the Soulages Museum in Rodez, which will open its doors in summer 2013, with some recent works, to which is added a unique experiment in formed paper. Each piece is reproduced in color according to the artist's instructions.
