This work, which is similar to a manual which combines observations and analyses of reality and proposals, consciously reconnects with the town planning treatises of the beginning of the xx e century. It deals successively with the divisions, plots and their ordering according to the types of buildings, situates the space of the road in its relations with the land served and approaches on a larger scale the constitution of the fabric and the study of the major routes before leading a reflection on the activities and their location.
