The [mac] Marseille Museum of Contemporary Art presents The Sentiment of Drawing , a temporary exhibition (31/08>19/11) based on the collections of the Marseille Museums, the FRAC Picardie and the Beaux-arts de Paris, under the joint curatorship of Chiara Parisi, Jean de Loisy and Gérard Traquandi. A dialogue between eras, geographies and drawing techniques from the 15th to the 21st century, this project deploys as many sensitive choices within these three reference collections in the field of graphic arts to question the intimate relationship with drawing, its place in the history of art and what it manages to reveal, mask, suggest, affirm through its most diverse forms.
