The exhibition "The Art of Learning. A School for Creators" addresses the question of pedagogy from art school, then moves into the deep end of lifelong learning. Initially, it is therefore a question of observing how artists learn to make art, and how this learning, whether accompanied or self-taught, sometimes becomes an art form in its own right, as well as a starting point for reflection on education in general. The starting point of the exhibition, the generation of May 68, nourished by the readings of Célestin Freinet, Alexander Sutherland Neill ( Free Children of Summerhill , 1960), Ivan Illich ( A Society Without School , 1970) or Paulo Freire ( Pedagogy of the Oppressed , 1970), thinks of training first and foremost in terms of liberation and deconditioning.
