From March 19 to July 13, 2025, the Musée de la Libération de Paris – Musée du général Leclerc – Musée Jean Moulin is dedicating its new exhibition to Daniel Cordier, an unclassifiable and multifaceted figure. From the young Maurrassian patriot who became one of the faces of republican values, an impulsive fighter and then a dedicated chronicler of Jean Moulin's commitment, to the art dealer and gallery owner who became a "great witness" to the war, Daniel Cordier traversed a hundred years of history with a profound desire for freedom. Five years after his death, and as a new volume of his posthumous memoirs is published at the beginning of this year, this exhibition breathes new life and substance into his unique journey spanning a century of passions and commitments.
